INFORMATION

This is the information of David William Lord, of Rosedale, British Columbia, electrician, hereinafter called the informant.

The informant says that he has on reasonable and probable grounds to believe and does believe that:

Count 1: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire to prosecute Derik Christopher Lord for murder, knowing that he did not commit that offence, contrary to Section 465 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code of Canada,

Count 2: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire with others to prosecute Derik Christopher Lord for an alleged offence, knowing that he did not commit the offence, contrary to section 465 (1) ( c ) of the Criminal Code of Canada,

Count 3: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did for a fraudulent purpose conceal evidence from the Defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to section 341 of the Criminal Code of Canada,

Count 4: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did willfully attempt to obstruct, pervert and defeat the course of justice in a judicial proceeding by concealing evidence from the Defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to section 139 (2) of the Criminal Code of Canada,

Count 5: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia being an official ( offices included with above names ) did Commit a breach of trust in connection with the duties of their offices by concealing evidence in the prosecution of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to section 122 of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Count 6: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia failed to provide and disclose evidence to the defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 603,

Count 7: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia failed to provide and disclose evidence to the defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 650 (3),

Count 8: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire to violate the rights of Derik Christopher Lord to a fair trial contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms section 7,

Count 9: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire to violate the rights of Derik Christopher Lord to a fair trial contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and section 11,

Count 10: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire to continue withholding evidence from the Defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 603,

Count 11: Between October 5th, 1990 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did conspire to continue withholding evidence from the Defense of Derik Christopher Lord, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 650 (3),

Count 12: Between June 1995 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did commit mischief in relation to data by wilfully without legal justification or excuse and without colour of right withhold data to wit video tape produced by Constable Roberts of the Delta police force, video tape produced by Sergeant LeRoy of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, wiretap of Dawn Andrea Lord, still photographs taken by Sergeant LeRoy, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 430 (1.1) ( c ),

Count 13: Between June 1995 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did commit mischief in relation to data by wilfully without legal justification or excuse and without colour of right withhold data to wit video tape produced by Constable Roberts of the Delta police force, video tape produced by Sergeant LeRoy of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, wiretap of Dawn Andrea Lord, still photographs taken by Sergeant LeRoy, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 430 (1.1) ( d ),

Count 14: Between June, 1995 and March 1997 in the Province of British Columbia did willfully attempt to obstruct, pervert and defeat the course of justice in a judicial proceeding by withholding evidence from the representatives of Derik Christopher Lord who presented a Criminal Code of Canada section 690 application to the office of the Minister of Justice for Canada, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 139 (2) of the Criminal Code of Canada,

Count 15: William Jackson between October 5th, 1990 and December 1st, 1990 in the Province of British Columbia did knowingly cause Saanich and Delta police to use a forged document to wit William Jackson swore that positive identification of Derik Christopher Lord was made, placing Derik Christopher Lord in Tsawassen on October 5th, 1990 as if it were genuine contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, section 368 (b),

and whatever other counts may still be added through further investigation.
